Next to the Oil Breather: Tube to vent fuel from engine driven fuel pump when excessive pressure.

Next to the Oil Breather: Vent from intake system of the aircraft – Over prime situation, engine properly not shutdown, fuel will leak through sniffer valve out through this valve.
